The E-Z Graph Wound Assessment System was invented by Denise Afflerback RN, BSN, CWON.

The E-Z Wound Assessment System has been used to assess patients with ostomies, skin irritations, and chronic or draining wounds related to incontinence, immobility, radiation, traumatic injuries, surgery, diabetes, or burns. Patients experiencing skin irritations from gastrostomy, tracheostomy, nephrostomy, or other drain sites have also benefited from The E-Z Graph Wound Assessment System.
